Upload Agreement

Last updated August 8, 2026

1. What this covers

This agreement applies each time you submit a file through the CXFORCE portal. You must accept it before every upload. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. You confirm

  • You are authorised by your organisation to share the file with us.
  • The file contains operational planning data only — timestamps, demand volumes, workload measures, capacity, availability, schedules or cost assumptions.
  • It contains no customer or employee personal data: no names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, call recordings or transcripts.
  • Sharing it with us does not breach any contract or law that applies to you.

3. Prohibited content

Do not upload special-category personal data, payment card data, health data, credentials, or executable or archive files. Only CSV files are accepted; every upload is content-checked on our servers and rejected if it is not delimited text.

4. How we handle the file

Files are stored in a private bucket that is readable only by your organisation and by the CXFORCE staff assigned to your engagement. There are no public links. Every submission, download and status change is written to an audit log with the actor and timestamp.

Nothing is analysed automatically. A member of our team reviews the dataset offline and delivers the results back to your account.

5. Retention and deletion

Raw files are retained for the engagement's agreed retention window and then purged. You can request earlier deletion at any time from the portal; we confirm completion in writing.

6. If you upload something you shouldn't

Tell your CXFORCE engagement contact, or raise it from the portal. We will delete the file and any derived records and confirm the deletion.
