Privacy Policy & Terms

1. Who we are
CXFORCE provides demand forecasting and workforce planning analysis for operations teams. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and client portal, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
For any question about this policy, contact us through the consultation request form on our home page, or through your CXFORCE engagement contact.
2. Information we collect
Account information. Name, work email, company, and job title, provided when you request a consultation or create a portal account.
Operational data you upload. Demand and workforce-planning data such as work volume by date and interval, workload measures, availability, schedules, capacity and cost assumptions. We do not ask for, and you should not upload, records about your own end customers.
Usage data. Basic technical logs (timestamps, pages requested, error records) needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use it
- To produce forecasts, staffing models, and dashboards for you.
- To provide, maintain, and support your portal account.
- To respond to your enquiries and deliver our consulting services.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your uploaded data to train machine-learning models.
4. How long we keep it
Uploaded operational data is retained for the duration of your engagement and deleted within 30 days of its end, unless you ask us to keep it longer for a follow-on engagement. Account and billing records are kept as long as required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Signed-in clients can request deletion directly from the Privacy page in their portal; anyone else can reach us through the consultation request form on our home page. We respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage: to keep you signed in to the portal, to remember interface preferences (such as sidebar state and dismissal of this notice), and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share browsing data with third parties. Because these are strictly necessary, no consent is required — but you can clear them at any time in your browser settings (doing so will sign you out).
7. Terms of service
By using the CXFORCE website or portal you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes, and you confirm you are authorised to share any data you upload. You keep ownership of the data you upload; you grant us permission to process it solely to deliver the services you have asked for.
Forecasts, staffing models, and recommendations are decision-support outputs. They are provided in good faith and based on the data supplied, and final operating decisions remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, CXFORCE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. On termination we delete uploaded operational data on the schedule described above.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active clients by email.
